A comprehensive residential joinery and interior fit-out package developed for Bordo Yapı’s Loca B Block project, covering a repeatable furniture programme across 46 residential units. The package brought together apartment kitchens, bathroom and en-suite cabinetry, dressing rooms, entrance wardrobes, decorative separators and laundry cabinets. The wider scope included the refurbishment and installation of 230 interior doors, glazed sliding doors, 1,702 linear metres of skirting, door trims and shaft covers, together with selected entrance-area installations such as timber wall cladding, mirrors and mailbox units. Materials and finishes combined melamine-faced panels, lacquered panels, mirrored surfaces, aluminium profiles and integrated hardware systems. By coordinating standard apartment packages with project-specific joinery and installation works, the project established a consistent functional and visual framework across private residences and shared entrance areas.
