Who We Are
Gökler Group is a multi-domain manufacturing group built around one shared industrial backbone. Through Nitrocare, Ofisline, and Dekoline, we bring together healthcare equipment, furniture systems, contract interiors, and modular cabinetry within one coordinated production ecosystem.
Our Story
Our origins trace back to 1993, when the Aras family established a workshop shaped by quality, finishing discipline, and durability. What started as a craft-based way of working evolved over time into a larger manufacturing model designed for repeatability, technical control, and long-term supply reliability.
Today, that evolution is expressed through an integrated industrial campus in Sivas, where wood and panel processing, metal fabrication, upholstery, polyurethane, assembly, packaging, and medical manufacturing operate within one coordinated system. As the platform grew, it developed into three specialised brands: Nitrocare in healthcare, Ofisline in furniture systems and contract interiors, and Dekoline in modular kitchen and bathroom cabinetry.
Leadership
Leadership at Gökler Group is defined by responsibility for standards. As capability expands and projects become more complex, the role of leadership is to protect the discipline behind the work: quality, clarity, traceability, and delivery control.
This is a practical form of leadership, rooted in production reality. It is about building a structure that stays reliable as scale increases, and making sure growth strengthens capability rather than weakening it.
Core Values
Our values are not written to decorate the business. They are meant to shape decisions, processes, and outcomes.
We believe in quality that can be measured, not assumed. We believe in clarity over noise, structure over improvisation, and responsibility over short-term convenience. We believe long-term trust is built through consistency, and that real capability is proven not by claims, but by repeatable execution.
Quality & Governance
Our manufacturing model is built around control. Quality governance is embedded throughout the production flow through in-line checks, traceability, documented process control, and audit-ready structures that support institutional and international procurement requirements.
This governance is reinforced by in-house research and development, accredited testing infrastructure, and management systems aligned with recognised quality, environmental, and occupational standards. At campus level, sustainability is also part of the operating discipline, supported by biomass-based heating, daylight roofing, low-emission finishing systems, and externally validated environmental performance.
